Puduhcerry, March 27 -- The crisis in the Puducherry Congress unit over its aspirants entering the fray in six seats allotted to the allies -- five to main partner DMK and one to VCK -- and refused to withdraw their nominations, has blown over on Friday evening, with the Party suspending all the six candidates.
As the six candidates filed to withdraw their papers when the last date for withdrawals ended on Thursday and the DMK warning Congress that sme formula would be adopted in all the 28 seats to be contested by it in Tamil Nadu, where Assembly polls would be held on April 23, cracks have developed in the alliance and with the Congress, DMK and VCK on a collision course, there was imminent threat of poll prospects getting dented.
