Kendrapara, June 16 -- Doctors treating Tikhiri Sarpanch Chameli Ojha at the District Headquarters Hospital (DHH), Kendrapara, have found no signs of physical assault or injury on her body, Dr. Kishore Chandra Mishra, President of the Odisha Medical Services Association and Additional District Medical Officer (Medical), said on Tuesday.
Addressing the media, Dr. Mishra stated that Ojha, who is undergoing treatment in Cabin No. 15 of the hospital, is currently stable and out of danger.
He said allegations of brutal assault by police personnel, raised by various political leaders and social activists, have not been supported by medical findings.
