Mumbai, Sept. 18 -- BJP leader and Maharashtra Minister of Ports Development, Nitesh Rane, today stated that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has no other option but to arrest and interrogate Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena MLA Aaditya Thackeray in custody, in connection with the Disha Salian death case.
"In such a case, a custodial investigation can be conducted. The CBI has no other option but to arrest and interrogate Aaditya Thackeray. There is a provision in the law to arrest and interrogate in such cases," the minister said during a media interaction.
