Chennai, June 29 -- According full freeom to the police department to take punitive action against those indulging in crimes against women and children, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay on Monday asserted that there is no change and no compromise on this issue.
Winding up the proceedings on the first day of the two-day conference of Collectors and police officers at the State Secretariat, he directed the police department to ensure 100 per cent of women and children, while strongly expressing his government's commitment on this.
