Nizamabad, Aug. 23 -- TPCC President and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud on Sunday said the Congress government was committed to developing Nizamabad district across all sectors while simultaneously strengthening the party organisation.
Addressing a media conference here, Mahesh Kumar Goud said Telangana University was established during the previous Congress regime under former Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and that the district had subsequently secured a medical college.
After the Congress returned to power, an engineering college and an agricultural college were brought to the district, with classes already underway.
