Patna, March 9 -- : Accusing Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of putting Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar under "digital arrest," Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee president Rajesh Ram today claimed that the state is currently being run by a mismatched coalition government.
Ram told news persons here that Kumar appears to be under the "digital arrest" of the BJP and is acting under compulsion. He said the recent political developments in Bihar did not come as a surprise to the Congress.
Ram alleged that the present government in Bihar came to power due to "vote theft" and claimed that the BJP had long been conspiring behind the scenes to remove Kumar from power.
