Patna, June 9 -- : Former Chief Minister and Janata Dal (United) national president Nitish Kumar today gave a surprise visit to the party's state headquarters in Patna and reviewed the public grievance redressal programme being conducted there.

During the visit, Kumar interacted with Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary and minister Sheela Mandal, who were hearing complaints and grievances from members of the public. He sought detailed information about the issues being raised and directed officials and party leaders to ensure their prompt resolution.

He also inspected the party office premises and met party office-bearers and a large number of workers present there.
