New Delhi, Sept. 29 -- BJP president Nitin Nabin on Tuesday chaired a meeting of the party's newly appointed state in-charges and co-in-charges, with discussions focusing on organisational expansion, electoral preparedness and outreach initiatives, according to those aware of the developments. Ahead of the meeting, Nabin paid floral tributes to the portraits of Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya at the party headquarters.
