Hyderabad, Aug. 18 -- The National Institute of Plant Health Management (NIPHM), an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, conducted a three-day capacity-building programme on "Advanced Techniques in Pesticide Application for Sustainable Crop Protection" for 27 professionals from M/s Shanmukha Agritech Private LimitedThe programme combined classroom learning with practical exposure, covering advanced pesticide application methods, sprayer calibration, nozzle selection and maintenance, operator safety, soil health management, pesticide toxicity, NPSS, Integrated Pest and Disease Management and the use of drones in agriculture.
