New Delhi, Aug. 23 -- A 19-year-old was killed, and another injured after a motorcycle met a fatal accident in the central Delhi area on Sunday morning, police officials said.
The deceased Aman (19) and a pillion rider, Alber (22), were headed towards Sarai Kale Khan when their bike was allegedly hit by a truck at the IP flyover in central Delhi.
The incident took place at around 6:20 am, when a PCR call was received at IP Estate Police Station after being transferred from Civil Lines station reporting the accident.
"Aman, a resident of Madanpur Khadar, was riding the motorcycle towards Sarai Kale Khan when the two-wheeler was allegedly hit by a truck on the IP flyover," a senior police officer said.
