Raipur, April 2 -- Former India junior team hockey player Nikita Toppo is targeting senior team call-up after leading Odisha to a gold medal at the ongoing Khelo India Tribal Games 2026.
Nikita has been a member of the junior Indian women's hockey team, representing India in the 2023 South Africa tour and she was also part of the silver winning team at the Unihar U 23 five nations tournament, in Ireland in 2022.
Nikita is determined to be part of the Indian team prior to the busy international season featuring marquee events like the world cup and the Asian Games.
