Chennai, May 31 -- In a shocking incident, a brawl in the night club in the city cost the life of a teen aged girl--said to be a Sri Lankan National and an inmate of the Lankan Rehabilitation camp in Villupuram district, about 160 km from here-- in Chennai city, after enraged youths mowed her two-wheeler with their car at the busy Koyambedu area late on Saturday night.
One her friends, a 17-year-old, sustained serious injuries and was admitted to hospital for treatment, even as police arrested three members of the youth gang while search operations were on the the remaining culprits, police said in a release here this evening. .
