Lucknow, June 4 -- Even as the elimination of Filaria in Uttar Pradesh is in its final stages, the Night Blood Survey (NBS)-set to commence on June 13 across 27 districts-will determine in how many districts the Mass Drug Administration (MDA) campaign against Filaria will be conducted in February next year.
Uttar Pradesh Filaria Officer Dr. A.K. Chaudhary has directed that all teams must execute this round of the Night Blood Survey with the utmost seriousness. Any form of negligence will not be tolerated, he warned.
