New Delhi, May 30 -- The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against three CPI (Maoist) operatives in a case related to supply of explosive materials and logistical support to cadres of the banned terrorist organisation in Andhra Pradesh.
All three have been charged under various sections of IPC, Explosive Substances Act, and UA (P) Act in the first chargesheet in the case , filed before the special NIA court in Visakahapatnam.
