Shimla, July 29 -- The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed the Special Area Development Authority (SADA) to file a fresh status report within four weeks after observing that several waste management and sanitation works in Himachal Pradesh remain incomplete despite significant progress.
The direction was issued by a Bench comprising Justice Prakash Shrivastava, Chairperson, and Dr. Afroz Ahmad, Expert Member, while hearing Original Application, Friends versus union of India and Others.
