Varanasi, March 16 -- A local court has requisitioned the case file and records from the lower court and has scheduled April 13 as the date for the next hearing in the case against leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi.
On Monday, a hearing was held in the court of Additional District Judge (MP-MLA Court) V, Yajuvedra Vikram Singh, regarding a revision petition filed in connection with comments made by Rahul Gandhi concerning Lord Shri Ram.
Deeming the service of summons to be sufficient, the Court has sought more documents including case file and otger records.
