Chandigarh, March 2 -- A newly married couple from Sardulgarh in Punjab's Mansa district has been stranded in Dubai following the suspension of flights triggered by the escalating military conflict between Israel and Iran.
Identified as Gurpreet Singh and Rupinder Kaur, the duo had traveled to the Gulf nation for their honeymoon. Their families in Punjab have expressed deep concern over the developing regional tensions and have urged the Indian government to intervene and ensure their safe and immediate return to India.
