Bengaluru, July 22 -- The political fallout from the alleged NEET paper leak has begun to reshape Karnataka's political calendar, with the Congress high command putting the long-awaited expansion of the State Cabinet on hold once again as it remained preoccupied with the nationwide agitation over the issue.
The expansion, deferred for the second time in less than two weeks, has left several Congress legislators aspiring for ministerial berths in suspense while also delaying a decision on the appointment of the Speaker ahead of the Karnataka Legislature's monsoon session beginning August 6.
