Doha, June 13 -- Indian javelin star Neeraj Chopra will not compete at the Doha Diamond League 2026, scheduled on June 19, ruling out a return to the venue where he breached the 90m mark last year.
The organisers released the entry list for the Doha Diamond League on Friday, confirming thatthe 2026 edition will be the first in four years without Neeraj Chopra.
The Indian ace won the 2023 edition with an 88.67m effort, managed 88.36m for second placein 2024 and produced a national record of 90.23m last year, only to finish runner-up behind Germany's Julian Weber's 91.06m.
