New Delhi, Sept. 10 -- A 29-year-old junior engineer working on a New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) project was arrested after he allegedly fired two rounds of bullets into the air early Thursday morning, while he was riding in a car in central Delhi's Rajinder Nagar, police officials said.
The incident took place around 2 am on Thursday in Rajinder Nagar's Bada Bazaar area. Police received information about a man firing in the air from a white Maruti Baleno.
Following the PCR call, a police team reached the spot and apprehended the man, identified as Gagan Deep Singh, who was in an inebriated state.
