Ashok RainaDharamshala, June 16 -- Rajya Sabha MP Sudhanshu Trivedi on Tuesday described the under-construction Dhagwar Milk Processing Plant in Dharamshala as a project of national importance, saying it would significantly strengthen the dairy sector and rural economy of Himachal Pradesh.
The MP visited the state-of-the-art milk plant at Dhagwar under the Centre's "12 Years of Trust and Development" public outreach programme.
He was accompanied by Dharamshala MLA and senior BJP leader Sudhir Sharma. Rajya Sabha MP Rajeev Bhardwaj was also present during the visit.
During the inspection, Trivedi reviewed the progress of the project and was briefed on its future operational plans.
