Agartala, July 29 -- The Chairperson of the National Commission for Women (NCW), Vijaya Rahatkar, arrived here for a three-day visit focused on the aspects of women's safety, welfare institutions, and meetings with civil and police officials.
During her visit, Rahatkar is set to participate in the 'She Serves' programme organized by the Gomati Zilla Parishad in Udaipur, and visit the One Stop Centre to engage in an awareness programme addressing child marriage and its social consequences at Rajarshi Hall today.
