Pune, Aug. 27 -- The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Sharad Pawar faction today hit back at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) over allegations linking NCP MLA Rohit Pawar with Sunil Gadhave, who is allegedly involved in Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) Drug Inspector examination paper leak case.

Addressing a press conference here at the party office, NCP state general secretary and spokesperson Sunil Mane accused BJP chief spokesperson Navnath Ban of making baseless allegations against Rohit Pawar by attempting to establish a connection between him and Gadhave.

He said that instead of making allegations against the NCP legislator, BJP should clarify alleged association between Gadhave and BJP MLA Abhimanyu Pawar.
