Srinagar, April 28 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Tuesday traded sharp accusations over the conduct of the Rajya Sabha elections in Jammu and Kashmir, following an RTI disclosure that sparked fresh political controversy.
