Bhubaneswar, July 25 -- Former Odisha Chief Minister and Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president Naveen Patnaik on Saturday congratulated the youth of India, particularly Gen Z, saying their voices deserve to be heard in a vibrant democracy.

In a post on X, Patnaik said accountability and sensitivity to public opinion are fundamental to a strong democratic system.
