Kaithal, May 10 -- The National Lok Adalat was organized in the Kaithal judicial complex on Saturday, in which 7,308 cases were settled.

Through the Lok Adalat, people were motivated to resolve more and more cases through mutual consent.

It was organised as per the instructions of Haryana State Legal Services Authority and under the guidance of District Legal Services Authority Kaithal Chairperson and District and Sessions Judge Kanchan Mahi.

District Legal Services Authority Secretary and Chief Judicial Magistrate Kanwal Kumar said that a total of 12,789 pending cases were kept in the Lok Adalat, out of which 7,308 cases were successfully disposed of.
