Panchkula, Aug. 17 -- The National Commission for Women (NCW) has issued an advisory to matrimonial websites and agencies, asking them to actively encourage prospective brides and grooms to undergo pre-marital communication and counselling before deciding to marry.
Under its "Tere Mere Sapne - Pre-Marital Communication Centre" initiative, the NCW has urged matrimonial platforms to inform registered users and prospective couples about the online counselling facility and encourage them to register on the Pre-Marital Communication Centre (PMCC) portal.
