Busan, Aug. 25 -- National Film Award-winning actress Anjali Patil is set to make her full-length Tamil feature debut with 'Selvi' which will have its world premiere at the 31st Busan International Film Festival in October.

Tamil writer-director Sailesh Ratnakumar's debut feature film 'Selvi' will be screened in the Vision Asia section of the festival. The 31st edition of the festival will be held from October 6 to 15.

Patil plays the lead role in 'Selvi' and is also its producer. The film's story focuses on the world of home-care workers, which often remains hidden from society's gaze. Care, migration, friendship, guilt, fatigue, and the will to persevere despite all difficulties form the basis of the film's story.
