Nashik, March 4 -- The district administration has made prior permission mandatory for organising any public or private programme on government land in Nashik and warned of strict legal action against violations.
In an order issued by the Additional Tehsildar, it was stated that Final Plot No. 541, comprising Survey Nos. 750, 751 and 755, is recorded in the name of the Maharashtra government.
Consequently, any programme, gathering, construction activity or private use of this land without official approval has been prohibited.
The administration clarified that organisers must obtain prior permission from the District Collector or the concerned government department before conducting any event on such land.
