Nashik, Aug. 26 -- One person was killed in a road accident on Nashik's Ambad-Satpur Link Road after the two-wheeler he was riding slipped and came under a truck, at Chunchele Phata.
According to police, 54-year-old Sunil Borse was riding the two-wheeler, with Ishwar Jagtap travelling behind him, and was travelling from Papaya Nursery towards Exlo Point.
At around 1 p.m., while overtaking a truck from the left at Chunchele Phata, the two-wheeler lost balance and slipped on the road. The truck coming from behind then collided with the motorcycle.
Sunil Borse sustained serious injuries in the accident and was immediately rushed to the District Government Hospital. However, doctors declared him dead.
