Hyderabad, May 17 -- The "Naseem Arifi Urdu Media Awards-2025" programme was held at the Telangana Media Academy auditorium here on Saturday.
The event was organised by the CETI Foundation in collaboration with the Telangana Media Academy in memory of late eminent Urdu journalist Naseem Arifi, recognising his contributions to Urdu language, literature and journalism.
Former Foreign Secretary and senior diplomat Asaf Saeed, who attended as the chief guest at the event, said the services rendered by Naseem Arifi to Urdu media would remain unforgettable.
Addressing the gathering, he advised young journalists to work with commitment and social responsibility.
