Srinagar, June 20 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has ordered the reopening of the historic Naranag Temple in Ganderbal district for devotees and tourists following a comprehensive security review.
According to the office of the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, the decision was taken after a thorough assessment of the security situation in the area.
"After a thorough security review, a decision has been taken to open the Naranag Temple in Ganderbal for devotees and tourists," the LG's office said in a post on X.
