Dimapur, Sept. 17 -- The Nagaland government, in collaboration with the union Ministry of Education, will hold a two-day education conclave for the northeastern states from Friday to deliberate on the challenges of implementation of the New Education Policy 2020 in the region.

Announcing this at a press conference here on Thursday, Nagaland Higher and Technical Education Minister Temjen Imna Along said the conclave, to be held at Naga United village in Chumoukedima district, aims to develop a team to collectively work and play a crucial role in implementation of the education policy in the region.

"We look forward to all stakeholders to develop a realistic plan which is flexible, doable and result-oriented," Along said.
