Dimapur, April 29 -- Gauhati High Court Judge and executive chairman of Nagaland State Legal Services Authority (NSLSA), Justice Kalyan Rai Surana on Tuesday said as long as there are individuals in need of legal assistance and others striving to exercise their rights, the work of legal services is far from complete, underscoring that the mission of legal services remains ongoing.
Justice Surana said this at a ceremony after flagging off multi-utility vehicles for the NSLSA and various district legal services authorities at the Kohima bench of Gauhati High Court.
He emphasised that the vehicles must be used strictly for their intended purpose and urged the legal services authorities to ensure their proper and responsible utilisation.
