Dimapur, Sept. 11 -- In a major boost to logistics-sector skill development and training for the youth of Nagaland and the Northeast, the Redington Foundation opened its third Centre of Logistics Training for Excellence (COLTE) in the country at Kushiabil, Dimapur, today.

The initiative, involving Redington Foundation, the Logistics Sector Skill Council, the CII Institute of Logistics and the Nagaland government, aims to train around 400 unemployed youth of the region every year, with women and girls being at least 20 per cent of them, free-of-cost, while creating 100 pc placement opportunities.
