Kolkata, Aug. 13 -- Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda will visit Kolkata on Sunday for the launch of Ayushman Bharat services in West Bengal. The visit comes days before the BJP-led state government completes 100 days in office.

Nadda will attend the Ayushman Bharat programme at the Netaji Indoor Stadium on August 16. Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari is also expected to attend the event.

The state will observe Ayushman Day on August 16. Services under the scheme will begin for beneficiaries on the same day.

A second programme linked to Ayushman Bharat is scheduled at the stadium on August 17, sources said.
