New Delhi, May 9 -- India international cricketers Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shafali Verma have reportedly received their first "missed test" notices from the National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) after they were not available at their declared locations for scheduled out-of-competition dope tests.

According to multiple sources, the notices have been issued under NADA's whereabouts failure rules, which apply to athletes included in the Registered Testing Pool (RTP). Both players have been asked to submit explanations, while the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has also been informed about the matter.

This is the first recorded whereabouts failure for both Jaiswal and Shafali.
