Bhubaneswar, Aug. 14 -- The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has agreed to consider sanctioning more projects for Odisha under the Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF) during the financial year 2026-27, in view of the State Government's consistently strong performance in implementing RIDF projects, official sources said on Friday.
The decision was conveyed at the first meeting of the High Power Committee (HPC) on RIDF for 2026-27, held under the chairmanship of Development Commissioner-cum-Additional Chief Secretary Deoranjan Kumar Singh.
