Jaipur, Feb. 26 -- President Droupadi Murmu will fly in the indigenously developed Light Combat Helicopter (LCH) 'Prachand' from the Jaisalmer Air Force Station during the Indian Air Force' Exercise Vayu Shakti-2026 on Friday.
As the Supreme Commander of India's Armed Forces, she will board the twin-engine helicopter manufactured by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). Murmu will become the first Indian President to fly in the LCH, and a frontline fighter aircraft such as the Sukhoi Su-30 and the Rafale.
