New Delhi, May 21 -- Mumbai Indians assistant coach Paras Mhambrey insisted the team remains motivated despite being knocked out of the IPL 2026 playoff race earlier this month, saying the focus is still on playing "quality 40 overs of cricket" in every remaining game.
MI suffered their ninth defeat of the season after losing to Kolkata Knight Riders at the Eden Gardens here on Wednesday, continuing a disappointing campaign in which very little has gone right for the five-time champions.
