Mumbai, April 25 -- In order to ensure uninterrupted power supply during the peak summer demand and the upcoming monsoon season, Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) is carrying out various pre-scheduled maintenance and repair works on its power infrastructure at a rapid pace.
Currently, pre-monsoon maintenance activities are being undertaken across the state.
MSEDCL has stated that most of these works are expected to be completed by the end of May. The utility has also instructed officials to ensure alternative power supply arrangements wherever possible and to inform consumers in advance through registered mobile SMS alerts as well as media updates.
