MP CM announces 5 lakh each to families of three people who died during Bhojshala movement

Bhopal, May 25 -- On his first visit to the Bhojshala in Dhar, after the MP High Court declared the disputed site a Hindu temple of Maa Vagdevi (Goddess Saraswati), MP Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav on Monday offered prayers and announced that Rs five lakh each would be given to the families of three people who gave their lives in the Bhojshala movement in the past.

The CM said he felt elated to be able to worship and seek the blessings of Maa Vagdevi at the Bhojshala on the occasion of 'Ganga Dussehra' after 750 years.

The CM also announced the construction of a grand 'Saraswati Lok', and a 'Bhoj Shodh Sansthaan' at Dhar.

He also accused the Congress of only trying to pitch people against each other in the name of religion.
