Panchkula, July 6 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast a significant increase in monsoon activity over Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Punjab from July 7, with fairly widespread rainfall likely to continue for three consecutive days till July 9.
Thereafter, rainfall activity is expected to reduce to scattered showers between July 10 and July 12, according to the latest weather bulletin issued by the Regional Meteorological Centre, New Delhi.
