Hyderabad, June 16 -- Conditions are favourable for the further advance of the southwest monsoon into some more parts of Telangana, the central Arabian Sea, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar and parts of Chhattisgarh during the next four to five days, the Meteorological Centre said on Tuesday.
In its daily weather report, the Centre said thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds with speeds of 40-50 kmph are likely to occur at isolated places across the state during the next seven days.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers are also likely at isolated places over Telangana. No significant change in maximum temperatures is expected during the next four days.
