New Delhi, Aug. 5 -- Karnataka goalkeeper Mohith HS is set for the biggest moment of his career as he prepares to make his FIH Hockey World Cup debut for India. The 24-year-old has been named in India's squad for the 2026 World Cup, to be held in Belgium and the Netherlands from August 15 to 30, where he will share goalkeeping duties with the experienced Suraj Karkera.
Mohith has earned his place after a string of impressive performances, particularly during the final leg of the FIH Pro League, where he played a key role in India's campaign and strengthened his case for a World Cup spot.
