Haripal, April 26 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday came down heavily on the All India Trinamool Congress government in West Bengal, alleging a sharp deterioration in law and order and claiming that courts have been repeatedly forced to intervene. He was speaking during a rally at Haripal in Arambagh, Hooghly district, ahead of the final phase of the West Bengal Assembly Election on April 29.
