Hyderabad, June 7 -- Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy today accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of indulging in political gimmicks over the issue of women's reservation in legislative bodies and reiterated the Congress party's opposition to linking the implementation of reservations with the proposed delimitation exercise.
Speaking during a conversation with N. Ram, Director of The Hindu, at the "The Hindu Huddle" session titled "By, For, and Of the People: Good Governance for Telangana" in Bengaluru, Revanth Reddy said the Congress supports women's reservation but opposes its linkage to an increase in parliamentary seats.
