Patna, June 13 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary today said the 12-year tenure of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been a golden chapter of trust, development, good governance and public welfare and asserted that the state would play a leading role in realising the vision of a developed India by 2047.
