New Delhi, Sept. 7 -- The Ministry of Defence today clarified that it has no connection or dealings with the Indian defence company linked to a controversial ammunition procurement deal in Estonia, over which Estonian Defence Minister Hanno Pevkur resigned, taking political responsibility for the controversy.

Responding to reports linking the Indian firm to the Estonian government's €70 million procurement of 155mm artillery ammunition for Ukraine, sources in the Ministry of Defence said there had been no orders or supplies from the Indian armed forces to the company.
