Mumbai, May 7 -- : Senior Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader and Mumbai City President Sandeep Deshpande has launched a scathing attack on the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) and the state government over various civic and cultural issues.
Deshpande raised serious questions about the civic body's expenditure. Where did the 7,000 to 8,000 crore previously allocated for Mumbai's roads go? What happened to the funds used for decorative lighting? he asked.
